Lucy Wyndham-Read is an ex-army, qualified Personal Fitness Trainer specialising in designing antenatal and postnatal exercise programmes. She has appeared in radio and television and regularly writes fitness articles for magazines and newspapers. She believes that fitness should be part of day to day life, but can also be quick, fun and require little space or equipment.

Emmy Hart is a pseudonym for award-winning author Suzanne Ewart. Her previous novel, One Month of You, was RNA Award-shortlisted. She loves writing about friendship, love and life’s messy moments. Emmy lives in Warrington with her husband, two children and her cat, and when she is not writing, likes long walks, theatre trips and watching lots of football.
