Sarah Vine

Born in Wales in 1967, Sarah moved as a child to Italy, returning to the UK as a teenager. Sarah read Modern Languages at UCL before moving into journalism, starting at the Daily Mirror before joining The Times, where she worked for 15 years. It was there that she met Michael Gove, then Comment Editor, before he became an MP and senior Cabinet minister. They married in 2001 before parting ways in 2021. They remain on friendly terms, and co-parent their two children, Beatrice and William. Sarah now lives in London with the kids and (too many) animals.

Pil Van Martin

Pil Van Martin is an author and illustrator working in London. Their alter-ego works as a bookseller in Hackney.

Jeremy Vine

Jeremy Vine is a journalist and broadcaster who reaches an audience of millions per week. He hosts a daily breakfast show on Channel 5 and a peak lunchtime slot on BBC Radio 2, presenting news, views, interviews and popular guests on Britain’s most listened-to radio news programme. He has previously hosted Eggheads and presents the general election infographics. He lives in London with his wife and two daughters. In his spare time, he rides a penny farthing.

David Silver of The Vintage Watch Company

The Vintage Watch Company, owned by father and son duo, John and David Silver, was established in 1995 and is now based in London’s historic Burlington Arcade. It is dedicated to showcasing Vintage Rolex wristwatches from c1910–c1990. Their unparalleled collection carries over 2000 pieces and is the largest collection of Vintage Rolex watches on display in the world. The shop is now a destination for watch collectors and discerning shoppers from around the world.

Lucia Vinti

Lucia Vinti is an Italian illustrator based near London. She makes work about people, places, food and culture, drawing inspiration from the world around her.

Lucia studied illustration at the University in Brighton and graduated in 2019. Working in pencil, pen, collage and paint, Lucia creates joyful and colourful illustrations that reflect on her observations. She hopes that her work can encourage people to see the world in new and exciting ways. Previous clients include Tate Britain and The Modern House.
