Julia Jones

Julia Jones is the pseudonym of Mary Hargreaves, an author of funny fiction set in the north of England. Her debut novel was shortlisted for the Romantic Novelists’ Association’s Debut Romantic Novel Award.

She has worked in hospitality, healthcare, project management, scientific publishing and – for one brief and regrettable summer – the over-50s club scene.

Splitting her time between Tuscany and Manchester (and the rest of the world when she can), she’s never sure where she’s going to end up next, but knows that writing, her husband and a general sense of adventure will be her constant companions.
